There's a lot of talk about burnout. But what we don't really talk about are the more subtle negative effects of over-working and having blurry or inconsistent work boundaries: foggy mind, tired brain, stress and anxiety, restlessness, poor health, and disconnection from your own feelings and disconnection from the people you love the most. And I hear so many women say, "There's just so much to do, I never feel I can actually switch off!" When the busyness of life goes wayyyyyy beyond the paid job or business, it can feel impossible to 'switch off and relax'. And Covid has brought new challenges in blurring work and family time.
